Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor This giveaway (“Win a green screen for your church from MyCom”) is sponsored by MyCom, a publication of United Methodist Communications (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor’s address is 810 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203.

2. Eligibility This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 16 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of United Methodist Communications, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Rules By participating, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period Entries will be accepted starting on 1/27/25 at 08:00am and ending on 2/3/2025 at 05:00pm (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

5. How to Enter To enter, complete this form including name, church name, email, and use case. Only one entry per person is allowed. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

6. Prize The winner will receive one green screen valued at $50 (“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value. All expenses related to the Prize, including any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours following the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 1 week, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You By entering this Giveaway, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right to use Your entry, name, likeness, and other identifying information for promotional, advertising, and other purposes without any further compensation, notice, or review.

9. Limitation of Liability The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any technical issues, human error, or other issues that may affect the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. By participating, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.

10. Disputes This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of [state] without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, You agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [jurisdiction].
